In case there is no response from the camera when you try to work on the controller, please check the following; 

1. Check if the controller's RS-422/485 or RS-232C connection and the DIP switch setting are correct. 

2. Check if the controller ID matches this product ID.

3. Check if the controller's protocol and Baud Rate correctly match those of the camera.
